Bill Coleman @ Whelans

Yay, big step for mr Bill Coleman, first time Whelans. And the turn up was not bad at all. We got treated to a nice set of the new songs coming from the long awaited album which is due in January (if my sources are right). Pink shades are there, blue lights for atmosphere and no worry mr Bill, we'll work on those sales techniques ;) Bright future's ahead. 

Duke Special @ Suger Club

Last friday I went to see Duke Special and the Amazing Pilots in the SugarClub. This turned out to be a perfect almost theater like venue with soft red pluche couches. We witnessed a band on fire in all its crazyness. Lovely ballads mixed with some rockier sound. Think The Arcade Fire on a cabaret tour.
