Damien Rice @ Vicar Street 29 Aug

A warmup gig for Electric Picnic. My first time seeing my much loved Damien Rice and band in action. They played many great songs. About two third of the songs were new ones. Too bad something was missing to make it a magical memorable gig. Most likely the factors of a boring audience and of a quiet Damo. No laughs, jokes, just the regular bitching about phones and camera's. Well, feck it, I'm taking pics anyway. Above one nice attempt, and more to be found here .
